We are supporting Birmingham City Council in their desire to complete a Strategic Assessment of the city as a welcoming environment for migrants.

It will assess whether Birmingham provides opportunites for migrants to live, work and integrate as well as highlight barriers to achieving this.

Completion of this process will involve representatives from several sectors working together to identify data sources that can be used collaboratively and cross-cutting themes that impact upon the integration agenda.

Migration Policy and Practice will be representing the voluntary sector in this process and providing an input into the final document.
