As the project transitions into a CIO, the structure will change. This is to allow greater input and ownership from partner organisations regarding the key issues facing the sector. You can view the indicative structure below.
In order to allow for the input of organisations working with migrants, we have developed a series of thematic groups. These are each based around a specific area of work in order to ensure the groups remain relevant and useful.
These groups are each led by a chair, a representative from an organisation working with migrants in that specific region of work. These chairs will then meet to discuss priorities across the sector as a whole in order to develop a strategy for implementing a pathway to integration across the region.
